**Finance & Information Management Specialist**

We have an incredible opportunity for a Finance & Information Management Specialist to join our Transformation & Technology team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Eight Mile Plains office.

In this position, your responsibilities will include the development, creation, and delivery of portfolio and project reports. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring financial and benefit data associated with the portfolio.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Participates as an active member of the PMO by implementing and communicating goals and business plans.
- Collaborates with a network of internal and external contacts to ensure the successful delivery of the Group's portfolio and transformation goals.
- Operates in and encourages an environment of continuous improvement and innovation and inspires innovative solutions to improving processes, products, and service.
- Assists with the development and ongoing management of the portfolio cost tracking framework and process.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of a standardised set of reporting templates that meet stakeholder requirements.
- Support the Senior Finance Lead with the ongoing refinement of a best practice portfolio and project finance workbook and related activities.

**About you**:

- Experience in Portfolio or complex Programme Management with demonstrated experience managing reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Strong financial management knowledge with an understanding of contemporary cost tracking techniques.
- Excellent financial management knowledge with an understanding of contemporary cost tracking techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to use discretion and judgement in a complex business and political environment.
- Desired Post Graduate degree in management (incl. MBA)
- Previous experience in a portfolio / project reporting and financial management position
