**About the Role**

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nurse to join our team in a key leadership position on a permanent part-time basis.

The After Hours Coordinator will be accountable for the efficient and effective operational management of the hospital after hours. This role encompasses workforce planning and utilisation, clinical problem solving and patient flow. Working closely with and supporting clinical managers and shift leaders, this role is essential to ensure excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.

You will possess a wealth of clinical expertise coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will enable you to coordinate and inspire a large team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
- You will also bring:_
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience within Acute Care.
- Experience in both bed management and staffing is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective role model in the area of clinical practice
- Sound Computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Post-graduate studies in an appropriate speciality or management qualifications will be highly regarded.

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from $65.77 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD After Hours Manager).

**Requirements**:
