**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Guide the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Organizing travels, itineraries, setting up meetings and monitoring the daily schedule of the Senior Director.
- Attending business meetings, prepare MOM, communicate on behalf of the Senior Director when required and follow up on action items agreed in meetings.
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Support and guide the company culture and values.
- Support the Senior Director in decision making, by facilitating the decision-making process.
- Various ad-hoc requests.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- 8+ years of experience working as a chief of staff.
- Prior experience working very closely as a strategic assistant to the CEO, Directors etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good at excel and power point skills.
- Good understanding of business and technology.
