We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading operational excellence and retail execution across the store.
You will deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences, support and collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow ASM, coach and develop team members for high performance, drive sales, manage stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-focused team culture by being an inspiring leader who empowers others to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational excellence and retail execution across the store
Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences
Support and collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow ASM
Coach and develop team members for high performance
Drive sales, manage stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
2+ years experience in a retail leadership role
Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
A genuine passion for customer service and people development
Great visual merchandising and operational capability
