About us: Star Hygiene provides essential hygiene products and services to consumers and many businesses of all shapes and sizes. We service a large, dynamic customer base with warehouses in Sydney, Newcastle, Queensland and Victoria

About the Role: We're looking for a customer-focused, positive customer service represenatative who can take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer requests and deliver prompt resolution primarily through mail and chat channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Prestons NSW

Responsibilties:

- Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
- Adhere to deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the product and payments team for faster resolutions.
- Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there's a complex issue.
- Provide office support and manage activities related to the business.
- Data entry, across various platforms
- Supporting the accounts and sales teams with general administration duties

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration based role
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, varied situations' day to day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
