Join Australia's leading team in car service and repairs Our up-and-coming Geebung store is looking for a
**Store Manager**, ready to be a part of something new and exciting.

Although a new store, our Geebung store is renowned for high-quality customer service and workmanship, so we are looking for someone to uphold these values and make it their own

**The Role**
You will ultimately supervise the effective operation of the workshop, ensuring all staff are supported and able to meet KPI's / sales targets. Along with this, the role includes:

- Create and maintain strong customer / client / supplier relationships
- Manage and report on weekly and monthly KPI's and targets to head office
- Use your knowledge and understanding of brands to promote products
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers

**About You**
We are looking for someone who had a hardworking mindset, with a genuine passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry. You will:

- Have at least 2 years' experience managing an automotive service centre
- Provide a genuine service, lead by example to create lasting impressions
- Trade qualifications are desirable, but not essential
- Valid, Australian Manual Driver's License
