**Victoria's Secret at Pacific Fair is Looking for Passionate Bra Specialists**

Are you an expert in bra fitting with a passion for helping others feel confident and comfortable? Victoria's Secret at **Pacific Fair** is searching for Bra Specialists to join our team

As a **Bra Fitting Specialist**, you'll be the go-to expert in bra products and fit, helping customers find their perfect fit and build their bra wardrobes. You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences that not only drive bra sales but also foster a culture of empowerment and support within the team.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Drive bra sales** by personally engaging with customers and helping them find their ideal fit.
- **Engage proactively** with customers, read their cues, and provide expert fitting advice.
- **Lead by example**, inspiring and mentoring peers to deliver exceptional service.
- **Share your expertise** to diagnose fit issues and offer tailored wardrobe solutions in both the sales floor and fitting room.
- **Contribute to store growth** by offering suggestions for driving bra sales and ensuring inventory is well-stocked.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous **bra fitting experience** is preferred but not essential.
- **Customer-centric** mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong **empathy** and a genuine desire to help customers feel confident.
- Ability to **meet or exceed sales goals** in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team player** with a healthy competitive spirit.
- Eagerness to **learn** and grow, with a proactive approach to feedback and coaching.
