We're looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to join our team and help deliver high-quality reports and insights that support some of our most valued clients.As a Client Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for producing and managing daily reports that provide clear, actionable information to our clients.
Your work will play a key role in client transparency, engagement, and strategic decision-making.
You'll work closely with our data and technology teams to ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and insightful - helping clients understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
This role is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension or conversion dependent on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities Generate and deliver daily reports, dashboards, and performance summariesAnalyse transaction data to identify trends and insights tailored to client needsTranslate complex datasets into clear and meaningful narrativesEnsure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputsContinuously improve reporting processes and templatesInvestigate and resolve any data discrepancies or reporting issuesMaintain clear documentation of reporting processes and data sources Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is (desirable).
Ideally 2+ years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or client-facing data role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plusFamiliarity with SQL or similar data querying languages desirableExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environmentClear and confident communication skills Job Benefits At Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries
