Job Description We're expanding our Eastern Vic team and seeking Core Level Behaviour Support Practitioners (as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission) who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disabilities.Whether you are an experienced BSP or come from a strong background in the disability sector, we want to hear from you
What You'll DoAs a BSP, you'll work with adults and children in community settings, supporting them and their support networks to live more empowered lives.
Your role will involve:Conducting person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families, and carersDeveloping and implementing evidence-based, positive behaviour support (PBS) plansPromoting the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategiesCollaborating to build capacity in families, carers, and support networksActing as a role model for best-practice service deliveryBeing part of a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission to make a differenceWhat's In It for You?
