**Lead Educator in our Toddlers room** in Early Education
***who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family

Our
**North Haven **operates from 7:00am to 6:00pm. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

**A little about you**:
You're an experienced Educator who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style. Your programming is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children's learning journey with us.

**You also have**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
