About the Role
At Egis / Engeny, we present an outstanding full-time two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and innovative Graduate to join our dynamic and high-performing Environmental Management & Approvals team in Brisbane for 2026
Key Responsibilities
Teamwork: You'll work alongside a variety of specialists, learning how different disciplines come together to deliver successful projects.
Hands-on experience: Help collect and process environmental field data, turning information into insights that matter.
Problem solving: Tackle real challenges, think creatively, and help shape practical solutions that improve project outcomes.

What do we need from you
Recent graduate or graduating before Feb 2026 with a tertiary degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Management
About you
You're motivated to learn and grow in your career
You enjoy thinking innovatively and solving problems
You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
You build strong connections with others and enjoy working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
GIS experience is highly regarded (it's basically like a superpower in environmental consulting)
You may have completed a vacation placement or internship, ideally in a consulting environment
You might have gained teamwork experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
