Are you a motivated Business Intelligence Lead looking to make your mark? This is your chance to join a high growth, fintech start-up as they embark on some industry-changing projects

Ideally looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who has the ability and communication skills to lead and work closely with the team and stakeholders to deliver and shape critical data documentations and insights to boost company strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop all Business Intelligence required for the business. Strong experience using Power BI, Tableau and Crustal Reports.
- Strong leadership of the team to keep members skilled and motivated, while delivering high quality, on time reports. Setting an example by being a strong individual contributor.
- Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, optimising and troubleshooting SQL Scripts, with a strong understanding of the use of views and stored procedures
- Improving governance, quality and scalability by ensuring all data catalogues are up to date, metrics standardized, code optimized and documented, re-useable views & reporting templates set up, and any discovered system or data issues fed to relevant teams for rectification
