User Acceptance Test Analyst

**The role**:

- We have a 6-month opportunity for a User Acceptance Test Analyst to join our Digital Utility group._

Reporting in to the Group Manager, Digital Business and Customer Change, the User Acceptance Test Analyst will work with the Project Quality Assurance Lead of the Digital Utility Metering Program to deliver the key digital related projects associated with digital metering roll-out across South East Water. The Test Analyst will develop business verification (user acceptance) test scenarios for the mass rollout of digital water meters and lead & conduct the execution of the scenarios.

In this role, you will:

- Support the successful delivery of the Digital Utility program
- Develop, implement and report on business verification scenarios
- Develop user acceptance test cases
- Identify and verify business processes to be tested in each phase
- Train and coach relevant staff in execution of test cases
- Upload test scenarios using JIRA Xray
- Co-ordinate business verification testing to meet phase outcomes
- Defect management during business verification testing
- Report and document test outcomes

**Who are you?**:
You have previous experience in User Acceptance Test management in an environment undergoing significant digital transformation, with a fluency in emerging technologies.

You can demonstrate experience and/or skill in the following areas:

- Extensive experience in development & execution of user test cases
- Attention to detail and exceptional standards in complying with approved test plans
- Ability to communicate requirements and gain commitment from business users to the purpose and processes for Business Verification Testing
- An ability to quickly establish trust and rapport at all levels of an organisation
- Ability to deliver within a complex and highly collaborative environment
- Ability to perform a range of tasks with strong prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills demonstrating an ability to influence outcomes
