The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services at an Aged Care Home/Retirement Village located in ???. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

This position will be based in Bunbury.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide repairs and maintenance services including changing light bulbs, fixing broken furniture, addressing minor repairs and replacements.
- Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
- Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
- Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
- Valid driver's licence
- Willing to undergo a police check
- Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations
