**About this role**:
This well-known retail group specialises in the working across a number of well-established and recognised retail brands across the globe. With extensive reach across Australia, NZ, the UK, UAE and Asia, the design and deliver a gamut of retail stores worldwide. Hosting a Store Development team in Melbourne, the progressive group consists of documenters and project managers that design and document their projects. An opening has come about for a talented Revit Documenter to join their growing team. The successful documenter will come armed with experience from schematic to documenting projects on Retail projects, as well as solid Revit skills and can handle a fast-paced environment. An enthusiastic approach is also key because culture fit is very important to this down-to-earth and talented bunch.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work across a range of exciting retail projects covering 8 different retail brands
- Contribute to detailed documentation phases
- Respond to complex issues with innovative solutions
- Bring projects in on time and on budget
- Work closely with project leaders and team members
- Liaise with consultants, technical specialists and team members

**Skills & Experience**
- Masters Degree in Architecture or Technician degree
- Minimum of 4 years post grad experience, from feasibility, through to documentation
- Experience within the retail sector
- High proficiency in Revit
- Strength in documentation
- Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the BCA, NCC and other Australian standards
- Passion for interiors
