**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to create a positive work environment. Foster teamwork and encourage employee development.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service and support. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and cash handling. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Drive sales through effective promotions, community engagement, and upselling. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies for improvement.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- **Community Engagement**: Build relationships with local businesses and participate in community events to promote the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail management or food service management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Passion for health and wellness, particularly in the context of açaí and frozen yogurt.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Shellharbour City Centre, NSW 2529 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
