Our service technicians work in the exciting world of healthcare, where our products and services ultimately help our customers save lives and improve patient outcomes.
As a valued member of our healthcare equipment service team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance servicing, on high tech infection control machinery in hospitals, day surgeries and life science facilities throughout the state. Although this is a highly autonomous role, you will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team. We have a very healthy project pipeline too, and you may additionally be involved in capital equipment installations, commissioning, and validation.

**Ideally you will possess**:

- Strong technical skills and a solution-based approach
- Experience of mechanics, electronics, electrical motors or industrial washers/washing machines or dishwashers.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, steam or pressure valves
- A restricted electrical license
- A positive "can do" attitude with great communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
- A clear customer service focus
- Resolve and resilience
- A clear understanding of "owning the outcome"

This role may require some state-wide travel and on occasion overnight stays.
