**Role Description/Criteria**

St Martin of Tours requires a passionate and committed leader to join our team in the role of P-6 Mathematics Leader. The successful applicant will also be a member of the Leadership Team. The Mathematics Leader will support whole school practices and build teacher capacity to improve student learning outcomes.

St Martin's is a Catholic Parish Primary School located in Rosanna. The successful applicant will:

- Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of a Catholic School
- Be familiar with the MACS 2030 Plan and the Vision for Instruction strategy
- Have a sound knowledge of Mathematics within the Victorian Curriculum 2.0
- Have an strong understanding of assessment tools and data analysis
- Work collaboratively as part of the Leadership Team
- Support staff in their implementation of explicit teaching
- Foster and develop professional relationships with students, staff and parents
- Be open to feedback and view themselves as a lifelong learner.

Special requirements:

- Hold a current VIT Registration
- Further study in Mathematics would be favourable
- Commitment to Catholic Education
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or willing to gain Accreditation)
