**About the role**
A great opportunity has become available to join a global leader in the supply chain and transport industry. This is a Permanent opportunity with genuine career progression available.

Reporting to the Credit Manager your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to;
- Supervise the Collections arm of the Credit team, responsible for the timely collection of monies from business clients and releasing of orders
- Provide hands on support with any overflow of work i.e. collections and releasing of orders
- Work closely with your colleagues in the team responsible for allocations, reconciliation and other administrative receivables functions
- Liaise with other internal teams including customer service, warehouse for the release of products
- Review any difficult accounts and escalated issues
- Support your Manager and the business with any ad hoc projects as they arise with the continued growth of the business

**About you**
- Have solid experience in a Collections role / Accounts Receivable role at a more Senior level
- Previous experience supervising and managing a team
- Ideally you have had experience within a high volume transactional environment ideally within a service oriented Industry delivering a product
- You will have good computer literacy; Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential
- You will be a customer focused person with good communication skills.
