**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Lead and drive the development of some of our priority brands; Max Factor and David Beckham fragrances in order to achieve planned targets, increase revenue and drive awareness in the market place, as well as providing general operational support to the Brand Manager across the other Lifestyle Fragrance brands.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop, recommend and implement local through-the-line strategies and marketing plans through category analysis and consumer insight
- Plan, forecast, implement and review new launches and promotional activity in line with global and local requirements
- Review, develop and implement our tactical and gifting strategies for the year
- Along with the internal content lead, develop, implement and optimise our social media and monthly content calendar to drive growth in engagement, brand relevance and consideration
- Brief, implement and measure the brands' PR strategies / events with internal teams & external agencies
- Management of marketing budget for Max Factor and Lifestyle Scenting A&CP spend in line with set budget
- Assist in the development and deliver strategy presentations to key accounts and sales conferences
- Provide monthly reports locally and globally on net sales, retail sales & competitor analysis performance in the market place

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing at degree level
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a brand management, category management or similar level marketing role
- An FMCG background highly regarded (cosmetics/personal care).
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other cross functional teams
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills.
- High level project management with ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
