We believe in fostering a supportive community that engages families and empowers educators.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher with a VIT Full Registration to join our team and lead our three-year-old kindergarten program.Village Early Education offer one full day per week planning for early childhood teachers, along with 6 weeks annual leave.
This role has the capacity for above ward wage and conditions, dependent on skills and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development: Create and deliver engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of three-year-old children in line with the VEYLDF.Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.Programming and Planning: Documenting children's learning and development in line with the VEYLDF.Family Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication.Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious, collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the centre.Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations, National Quality Framework and Village Early Education's policies.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.Victorian Institute of Teaching: Full Registration ideal, provisional considered.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood.
