The Position Full Time Role - Monday to Friday Roster
No public holidays – No Weekends
On Call component (one week in 5 weeks -emergencies only)
Excellent training and on-boarding
Free On-Site Parking – Own vehicle required as no public transport access
Long term contract over 10 years
Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work
Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
Strong view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being
Encourage team commitment and motivation
Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures The Person The ability to work autonomously and successfully manage a small team
Previous housekeeping management experience
Must be an Australian Citizen
Able to pass a police clearance
