**Job Title**: SAP Purchasing Officer and Data Analyst

**Location**: Brisbane, QLD

**Job Type**: Contract - 3 months with high possibility of extension

**Hybrid Role**

**Duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- Provide Purchasing support to Vueterra's clients
- Review and setup of best practice solutions for maintaining all aspects of master data
- Problem-solving where required and providing permanent solutions
- Frequent coordination and liaison with multiple suppliers
- SAP S/4HANA &/or ECC experience is required
- In-depth knowledge of SAP procurement modules.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or Inventory Officer.
- Strong working knowledge, particularly of Materials Master, Vendor and Purchasing Records and Procurement processing
- Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative, drive under tight timelines and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Computer literacy with intermediate to advance working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Microsoft, etc )
- Strong and effective communication skills across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and operational capability of continuous improvement key tasks
- A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP S/4HANA &/or ECC: 1 year (required)
- Purchasing Officer or Inventory Officer: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
