Examination Supervisor

Responsibilities include:
1.1 Invigilation of examinations.

1.3 Thorough check of examination prerequisites.

1.4 Constant monitoring throughout examination to ensure no unorthodox practises.

1.6 Maintaining network replacement stock and office supplies.

1.7 Filing maintained.

1.9 Examination centre kept clean, tidy and presentable.

2.1 Ensure examination operations are conducted in accordance with promulgated procedures and standards.

2.2 Raise corrective actions.

3.1 Provide effective customer/company interface.

4.1 Assist with the training of new Examination Invigilators.

5.1 Ensure security arrangements at all venues meet customer and Aspeq requirements.

Expected Start Date: ASAP

This is a casual position only. 1- 3 days per fortnight on average with occasional Saturday's required.

**Salary**: $30.33 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

All exam equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every use.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- TOOWOOMBA CITY, QLD 4350: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
