A full-time opportunity has become available with Blue Dog Training, Australia's largest provider of construction training and a multi award-winning Registered Training Organisation located in Milton.

This role will be responsible for providing training and assessment services to online students studying a small business unit (BSBESB402). _This is an opportunity to support the next generation of tradespeople with developing the skills and knowledge to run their own small business (including small business structure, financial and risk management)._

To be considered for this role, you must hold the current **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) **at minimum. We are also seeking:

- Previous experience in training and assessment (construction industry advantageous but not essential) and vocational experience in small business.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well with mínimal direction whilst demonstrating a collaborative approach with management and other teams.
- Highly motivated to achieve quality learning and assessment outcomes.
- Eligibility to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card.

The role will be based at Milton, offering a great location (across from Suncorp Stadium) and the opportunity to join a progressive company at the forefront of apprenticeship training. You have the option of organising your hours to work a **9 day fortnight (RDO every second week) **if preferred and will enjoy working with a team of people that are committed to quality outcomes for apprentices and employers.
