Plant Mechanic

Want to take your skills across a range of complex mining and construction projects? At M2P, we do things differently — backing our people with the right gear, the right support, and a team that knows how to get the job done.
As our Plant Mechanic, you'll be hands-on keeping our plant and equipment running at its best across multiple sites. From cranes and trucks to EWPs and light vehicles, you'll be part of a crew that takes pride in working hard, staying safe, and delivering quality every time.
You'll be across:
Maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a wide range of plant and equipment
Diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues both underground and in workshop environments
Ensuring safety and compliance standards are always met
Working closely with project and site teams to keep operations moving
What you'll bring:
Trade qualification as a LV Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Fitter (or similar)
Proven experience with mobile plant and heavy equipment
Ability to problem-solve and work flexibly across varied environments
A team-first mindset and commitment to safe, quality work
