RCR Mining Technologies is currently looking for a Parts Customer Experience Representative to join our Bunbury Workshop team on a 12-month maternity leave cover contract.

In this role you will be **responsible for**:

- Generating and finalizing sales orders in accordance with approved company procedures and systems.
- Collaborating closely with Service Delivery, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse teams, and external suppliers to ensure the timely fulfillment of product deliveries.
- Facilitating clear and effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless ordering experience.
- Leveraging Microsoft Office 365 tools to identify and recommend improvements to business processes and overall performance.
- Identifying opportunities to automate and standardize business operations through the use of technology.
- Upholding a commitment to product and service excellence while adhering to the standards of the AS/NZ 9001 Quality Management System.
- Promoting value-added services to existing RCRMT clients to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services to support continuous professional development.
- Providing detailed and accurate sales performance reports and customer interaction summaries to the management team, as required

To be considered for this position, you will **need to have**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing position, preferably within the automotive, resources, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong customer service orientation, coupled with effective negotiation skills.
- A proven track record in building and maintaining positive customer relationships, accurately identifying client needs, and delivering tailored product solutions.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer interactions simultaneously, while ensuring thorough record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
