**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Handling all incoming phone calls and internet enquiries
- Engaging with customers, purchasing and selling vehicles over the phone and online and appointing customers to the showroom sales professionals.
- Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- WA Drivers Licence is required
- ** Previous Sales or Retail Experience ideal.**
