**Front of House, Barista, All Rounder - Roman's Deli**

We're on the hunt for a confident and capable FOH team member to lead the customer experience at Roman's Deli. This role is suited to someone with prior hospitality or customer service experience who's ready to step up and take ownership of front-of-house operations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading the FOH team in daily service, including order taking, payment handling, and customer engagement
- Managing floor operations, clearing tables, and ensuring smooth communication between FOH and the kitchen
- Handling customer feedback and ensuring a positive and consistent guest experience
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards and enforcing safe service practice

We're after someone who brings:

- A positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced café environment
- Great communication, reliability, and a hands-on approach to service
- Availability all week, Weekend included

You'll be joining a supportive, energetic team that values good vibes and great service. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in a leadership position while working with a tight-knit crew.

Expected hours: 20-40 per week
