A full-time position has become available for an experienced, motivated and reliable Farm Manager at Widden Victoria, a 450-acre Thoroughbred Horse Stud in the Romsey area.

**The successful applicant should possess most of the following**:

- A minimum of 5 years farming experience
- Driver's License
- Ability to operate machinery including:

- Boomspray
- Seeder
- Slashing equipment
- Can undertake pasture renovation and chemical spraying.
- A sound knowledge of and ability to maintain fencing, stock and domestic water systems.
- Complete general maintenance of farm equipment.
- Ability to conduct maintenance on farm vehicles, bikes, and equipment.
- Work in a team environment as well as taking initiative and performing tasks independently to a high standard.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be well-organised with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

On farm accommodation is provided and an above reward Salary Package will be offered, by negotiation.
