Your day to day
As the Reservations Supervisor you will be responsible for maximising hotel occupancy and revenue through effective use of booking conversion techniques and maintenance of various distribution channels and systems. You will play an integral part of an active, professional and enthusiastic team, supporting hotel operations, guests and the sales and marketing team.
What we need from you
- Knowledge and understanding of Hotel Opera PMS and booking engines
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Previous exposure to rate loading & channel distribution management
- Self-motivated team player
- Vibrant personality with the ability to build effective business relationships
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and engaging, with a focus on service
- Resilient and flexible with the ability to multi-task
- Clear, concise and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations to the guest.
