Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Revesby (NSW).
The key focus of this role will be to:Providing high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phoneProviding ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholdersUtilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirementsManagement of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customersProviding prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when requiredEnsuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfactionDeveloping strong ongoing relationships with customersWe can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
We embrace diversity in all its forms, and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change.For this role we would ideally like you to have:Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environmentExperience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regardedAdvanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and qualityStrong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (including phone and email communication)Prioritization and problem-solving skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressureConfidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issuesApplications are open to both internal and external candidates.
