**About the Role**:Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

- Build on the existing marketing strategies to create a cohesive and comprehensive marketing portfolio that enhances the school's visibility and attractiveness to potential students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Utilise the school's current digital and printed marketing materials as a base, refining and expanding them to ensure they are visually appealing and effectively communicate the school's values and achievements.
- Integrate current staff into the new strategic framework, ensuring their existing knowledge and experience are leveraged to the fullest extent.
- Manage Events:

- Oversee and coordinate key school events, ensuring each event is meticulously planned, well-promoted, and successfully executed.
- Secure Sponsorships and Grants:

- Network with the business sector to secure sponsorships for school events and projects.
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities to enhance school facilities and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteer organisations for sponsorships, in-kind support, for school and student opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with businesses for sponsorships, in-kind donations, prizes, and event support.
- Community Engagement:

- Foster relationships and collaborate with the broader community, including local members, businesses and organisations.
- Client Services and Procurement:

- Develop and manage the hiring of school facilities to external clients, generating additional revenue.
- Work with the business sector and community groups to enhance school resources and opportunities.
- Assist the Business Manager with general tasks including procurement and oversee the annual marketing and events budget management.
