We are seeking aManagerwho thrives in a "Minder" role—bringing together technical excellence with people leadership, operational oversight, and strategic impact.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and collaborate directly with Directors
Mentor, manage, and inspire staff while fostering professional development
Review and refine internal systems and processes to drive efficiency and progress
Deliver high-quality tax compliance and strategic advisory services to SMEs and high-net-worth clients
Play an active role in strategic planning and shaping the firm's future
