**The Role**
The core purpose of is role is to support Evie Networks growing fleet segment by fulfilling operational requirements of our products including post sales customer support.
Reporting to the Head of Fleet, you will:
- Setup customer accounts including issuing and fulfilling of charging network access cards and system logins
- Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance
- Develop and implement department-wide quality control (QC) measures
- Support fulfilment partner enquiries in the delivery of products for fleet customers.
- Set up customer invoicing fulfilment and reconcile supplier invoices alongside delivery
- Develop regular reporting to support business and customer needs.
- Identify key customer needs and resolution pathways for new fleet product introductions.
**About you**
You're goal orientated, have a sense of urgency and your nature is to challenge the status quo. The electric vehicle market in Australia is still largely uncharted territory which means your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this new role.
**What you need to be successful**:
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
Prefer to have:
- 2+ years of experience in an operational role of similar capacity
- Project management experience
- Strong Process orientation.
Like to have:
- Post Graduate Qualifications.
