About the Role
Lead daily operations of the workshop, supporting your team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Monitor performance metrics and report on weekly and monthly results.
Promote products and services using your industry knowledge.
Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
About You
A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a strong work ethic.
A hands-on leader who sets the standard for exceptional service.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred).
Proven sales success in a customer-facing role.
Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential.
Valid SA Driver's Licence and permanent residency or citizenship.
