Access to Diverse Clients:Engage with notable clients from both public and private sectors, broadening your professional horizons.Flexible Hours:Set your own schedule – choose to be on-call, work weekdays, weekends, or just during the day.Supportive Team:Become part of a network of like-minded professionals with ample resources and comprehensive training.Managed Calendar:We handle all your incoming referrals through our advanced case management system, allowing you to schedule subsequent sessions at times that suit you and your clients.Ideal Candidates Will Have:Professional Registration:Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.Counselling Expertise:Proven ability in short-term counselling.Clinical Skills:Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.Communication Experience:Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.Organizational Skills:Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.Technical Proficiency:Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
