The CentreBelgravia Leisure has been awarded a contract to manage the City of Sydney's iconic leisure and aquatic centres.
In managing these centres it employs people in roles such as lifeguards, learn to swim instructors, fitness coaches, centre management, and corporate functions.All employees have the ability to work across the different locations and contribute to the Contract's imperatives of operating sustainably, driving centre attendance, and fostering inclusion for all members of the community.Are you renowned as a 'people person'?

We are looking for full time, part time and casualrepresentatives who have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends, and start Immediately.A few of the duties and responsibilities are listed below:Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMSProvide excellent customer service, by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standardsEngaging with customers and promoting our servicesDevelop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experienceExperience in working under pressureReliable, great availability across 7 days,Customer service and experience in contact centre desirableEssential qualification requirement:Level 2 First AidCurrent CPRWorking with Children's Check (Employee status)National Police check upon on-boardingIf you are a passionate person who realises the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilise your skills and passion in a health, wellness and aquatic environment,we want to hear from you
