Responsibilities
Lead the organisation's reporting and analytics function, delivering high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic oversight of data analytics platforms, enterprise data governance, and performance reporting across clinical and operational areas.
Ensure reporting outputs align with the Victorian Health Services Performance Monitoring Framework Performance Priorities, supporting state-wide benchmarks, funding models, and clinical excellence standards.
Support the development of a data-informed culture that fosters transparency and accountability.
Region
Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30,000 and the catchment serves a community of around 100,000 throughout the northeast.
An easy 2 1/2 hours drive on the Hume freeway from Melbourne and less than an hour to Albury airport with direct flights to most large Australian cities.
Regional context with multiple schools and diverse amenities; region offers national parks, towns, restaurants, wineries and breweries.
