**The Role**
- Lead Communications and Stakeholder Relations strategy
- Develop communication strategy to engage and prepare the community
- Risk mitigation in relation to community disruptions - develop plans to mitigate risks from works associated with the project
- Work closely with the project team to understand future works programs and potential risk
- Day to day management of stakeholder and community issues, ensuring these are resolved and closed out within agreed timeframes, or escalated as appropriate

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within construction
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Experience working on large civil infrastructure projects would be highly desirable
- A people person with the ability to engage both the community and internal stakeholders
- Experienced in risk mitigation with the ability to plan for any future risk
