Cashier/Server

We are a fast, quick service style restaurant that offers customers both dine in and takeaway. With years of butchery experience behind us, we know what it takes to make a great burger. In fact, that's why **Ribs & Burgers** exist today. We were tired of seeing so many joints serving up mediocre food. So we decided to do it ourselves.

Our restaurant is located in **Perth, WA **and we are looking for **Cashiers/Food & Beverage Attendants** to join our team, who can offer unique customer service, support and embody a positive work environment. Your duties will include:

- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly manner. Must be able to take care of multiple tables and guests at one time (although training will also be provided on how to do this effectively)
- Taking guest orders for food & drinks, processing them via the POS & effectively communicating those orders with kitchen staff
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the restaurant to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Taking face to face & phone orders for takeaway customers
- Cash handling/ EFTPOS transactions/Use of POS
- Running food & drinks
- Ensure the restaurant is presentable at the beginning of each service which includes setting tables with plates, cutlery etc.

**About You**
- Hold a valid RSA or willing to obtain once employed
- Hospitality experience is desired but not essential as long as you have a strong focus on customer service & ability to work as part of a team
- Able to be confident, passionate and willing to learn
- Available to work on a rotating roster
- Be approachable & visible so our guests know you are right there to assist with their needs
