Programmatic Associate

This role is to replace Wai Yee Tan who leaves the business on 16th December. It is a like for like in budget replacement servicing programmatic for iProspect Victoria. As Wai Yee Tan has given us ample notice and will be working part time for a number of weeks, it would be great to hire someone while Wai Yee is still here so they can have a week overlap at a minimum. Wai Yees position services many clients for example Abbott, Sonos Bank First, Ingenia Holidays, Pearson, Kathmandu, Camp Australia, Guess, Jura, Crown and Steve Madden. The manager is Manager Nivedita who sits in Brisbane and only one other associate who has only been here a few weeks. So hiring someone asap is imperative and if we are able to overlap so the new starter can have some time with Wai Ye, then this would be ideal. Especially given we are approaching the busy time of Christmas. This patch of clients equates to approximately $5.5 Million annual billings

What your typical day will look like:
As the Programmatic Associate you'll take on an administrative support role servicing specific clients. Your learning and development will equip you with the skills to execute and optimise digital display & video campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients.

Reporting into the Programmatic Manager and Programmatic Executive, you will support your teams to drive overall performance for clients that utilise display, video and other programmatic channels to achieve performance goals.

Other responsibilities include:

- Use and understanding of entry level media maths and terminology
- Use of media industry tools to load, check, optimise and report on media bookings
- Develop effective working relationships with client agency partners and media owners
- Assistance with document preparation; post analysis, final buys, competitive and planning
- General administration tasks including: filing, scanning and WIP update

A bit about you:

- Strong interest in developing a comprehensive understanding of the Australian media marketplace
- Capacity for effective communication and high attention to detail
- Effective time and project management skills
- Analytical experience with Excel preferred
