The Opportunity - About the Role
We're seeking a passionate, customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Care Officer at Stockland Green Hills Town Centre.
This casual role (7 to 15 hours per week) involves being the friendly face of our Customer Care Desk, providing outstanding service to visitors and supporting the Centre Management team.
We're looking for someone who's flexible and reliable, with availability to work Thursday evenings and weekends in line with the centre's trading hours.
Your ability to adapt to a rotating roster will be key.

Key Responsibilities
Address diverse customer needs and provide exceptional service in line with Stockland's brand values.
Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints, and compliments, and communicate these effectively to the business.
Manage all duties associated with the operation of the Customer Care Desk.
Maintain OH&S standards and procedures, addressing health, safety, and environmental issues.
Follow all public liability incident management processes.
About You
Prior experience delivering excellent face-to-face customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound administrative skills with working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and basic Excel.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to show initiative.
