**The Role**

We are seeking exceptional educators — ideally current or former school teachers, drama specialists, debating coaches, head teachers and actors — who have a proven track record in guiding students to achieve excellence in communication.

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in a premium environment, working with highly engaged students and supportive parents who value quality education.

**Responsibilities**

Deliver high-level public speaking, debating, and presentation coaching

Adapt our structured curriculum to suit student needs and strengths

Provide detailed, constructive feedback to accelerate student progress

Mentor students in speechwriting, voice control, stage presence, and persuasion

Represent The Primary Way's values of professionalism, excellence, and care

**Who You Are**

A plethora of experience in public speaking, drama, English, debating, or performing arts

Skilled in managing and inspiring students across a range of ages and abilities

Strong communication skills with parents, students, and colleagues

Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence every session
