The Role
Dive into a role that's more than just a job. As Levande' newly created Part time Maintenance/ Handyperson at Fig Tree Village based in Murrumba Downs, Village of the year, you will serve as the backbone of our dynamic community, effecting tangible change daily, making real impacts every day.
**Your Impact**:

- Perform various tasks, including cobwebbing, guttering, down pipes, and maintaining pathways, watering gardens.
- Bowling green and pool maintenance and compliance
- Ensure all communal areas, including outdoor patios, verandas, furniture, and barbeques, are tidy and well-maintained
- Support the Maintenance Officer with scheduled grounds maintenance
- Occasionally assist with minor maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs or easing locks and windows
- Support the Village Manager with additional duties, including, taking bins in and out, set up/ pack up for village events, cleaning air conditioning filters, managing garbage bins, and other ad hoc tasks as needed
