**Casual Support Worker - Gold Coast | Girls Connect**

**Girls Connect** is on the lookout for a **casual support worker** (or someone who's ready to dip their toes into the world of disability support) to join our growing, heart-led team.

About Us:
We're a Gold Coast-based social program creating safe, empowering spaces for girls and young women with disabilities to connect, build confidence, and make friendships that _actually last_. Our groups are full of laughter, themed nights, real chats, and moments that matter.

The Role:
You'll be supporting our participants to get involved in fun social activities—think craft nights, beach days, movie outings, cookie decorating, and confidence-building adventures This role is **casual**, with regular shifts on:

- **Thursday afternoons (4-7pm)**:

- **Every second Saturday (9am-2pm)**

and the opportunity for 1:1 shifts or outings, if you're keen

You might be:

- A current support worker (yay)
- Studying Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services
- Someone with lived experience who's ready to support others
- A people person who _gets_ how important it is to feel safe and included

? You'll need:

- A valid **Driver's Licence** and **reliable vehicle**:

- A big heart, open mind, and positive attitude
- Willingness to get your NDIS Worker Screening & First Aid (if you don't already have them)
- Creativity, confidence, and the ability to go with the flow
- A love of snacks is a bonus

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
