**Your opportunity:
You will be responsible for supporting the operational success of the corporate procurement function within the NIISQ Agency, MAIC and ND (collectively referred to as the Motor Accident Insurance Schemes Queensland or MAIS-Q).

As a member of the Corporate Governance team, you will provide procurement and contract management advice and information in accordance with the organisation's procurement policies and processes. You will assist in the facilitation of end-to-end procurement activities and perform day to day contract administration. You will also support the Manager, Corporate Governance in maintaining the organisation's procurement function.

Your role:
Provide advice to, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure appropriate procurement planning through to contract award and performance management is undertaken in accordance with Government policy and Agency procedures.
Facilitate robust contract administration and procurement reporting functions, including basic financial analysis, routine contract variations, contract disclosure, as instructed by the Manager.
Maintain open communication and consultation with key stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are compliant and inclusive, acting as first point of contact for procurement enquiries.
Assist in developing the organisation's corporate procurement function through identifying and actively promoting continuous improvement activities.
Provide guidance, training and support to build and/or enhance procurement capability across the organisation.
