**We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Noosa teams**

Our Noosa Civic practice is an established clinic providing premium, up to date and gold standards of pet care services. We are a friendly and experienced team of Veterinarians, and Nurses operating amongst the Noosa Shopping Centre. We are proud to offer all things Cat - as we are a gold accredited feline clinic

We are a busy practice, with 4 consulting rooms, separate dental theatre, ISO Ward and have access to all the equipment of the Emergency Centre operating right next door to us. The Animal Emergency Centres (AECs) provide premier after hours vet care to sick and injured pets, and today it is a part of the largest emergency and specialist group in Australia, hosting the largest contingent of Emergency Veterinarians and Criticalists in the Country.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**About Your Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with Senior Nurse or Practice Management experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills

No day will be the same, but you will always have a supportive team around you and fantastic clients and pets walking through the door.
