Beaconsfield Upper OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to take ownership of an existing small yet beautiful 40 licence capacity service located in south-eastern suburb of Melbourne - Beaconsfield Upper. This is a permanent part-time (32.75 hours per week) role for those looking for a step up in their career, experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 06:45 - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 03:00 - 06:30 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free, and you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school

Beaconsfield Upper is a quiet community and the OSHClub attendances range from 15-35 children. The program is hosted in a large hall with a basketball court right outside. Additionally, the service is able to access the school playgrounds, and the football oval across from the school for special community events. This service requires someone who is active and keen to get involved with the children. Students here love to run around, cook, and conduct science experiments. A strong leader interested in connecting with the local community and building relationships would thrive at Beaconsfield Upper OSHC

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
