Centre location/s: Cabramatta, Fairfield, Canley Vale

**Essential criteria**
- Have completed or working towards Early Childhood Cert 3, Diploma, or ECT.
- A current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma.
- Sound Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of child protection.

**The successful applicants must**:

- Provide exceptional care and education to all children.
- Develop, weekly plans, and implement age-appropriate programs for children in care.
- Provide programs and activities that reflect the children's learning and growth.
- Provide developmental progress reports as required
- Maintain ongoing communication with educators' parents and caregivers including other services when required.
- Provide responsive care to children in care based on their interests and needs.
- Assist families with the children's transitions, also ensure that families are provided with guidance and support when required.
- Develop positive channels of communication to ensure the smooth running of the service amongst all educators.
- Support a culture of reflective practice.
- Contribute to the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
